Associate Order Processor/Sales Admin Support

Location: San Luis Obispo

Description

Local high-tech manufacturing company is looking for a full-time or part-time Associate Order Processor/Sales Admin Support to join their team!

Duties include:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email or in person and receive orders for parts or services
  • Check purchase orders for accuracy
  • Receive and enter orders into a database
  • Contact appropriate parties to clarify orders
  • Serve as liaison with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and shipping personnel
  • Operates Inventory control software (QAD)
  • Expedites and tracks orders for customers
  • Generate Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers for warranty review and customer repairs
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1 year work experience (preferably within industry)
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Enjoy working in fast paced environment
  • Works well with others
